These Terms cover your use of the Elite Local Pros website. They do not cover the construction services we perform for our clients. Construction work is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and Elite Local Pros before any work begins. See Section 8 below.

Elite Local Pros is a general contractor based in Dallas, Texas, specializing in custom decks, outdoor living, kitchen and bath remodels, flooring, painting, and home additions across the DFW area.
3. Use of the Website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to request information about our services. You agree not to:

Quotes are valid for the timeframe stated in the quote (typically 30 days) and are subject to site conditions, permit requirements, and material availability at the time work begins.
Requesting a quote or filling out a form does not create a contract between you and Elite Local Pros. A binding agreement is created only when both parties sign a written project contract.
7. No Professional Advice
Content on the website (including blog posts, service descriptions, FAQ answers, and guides) is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific home, project, or situation.

8. Construction Services Governed by Separate Contract
The construction, remodeling, and home improvement services we perform for clients are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties before any work begins. That contract, not these website Terms, controls:

Project timeline and delay provisions
Insurance, licensing, and permit responsibilities
Dispute resolution specific to the construction work

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
This limitation does not apply to construction services performed under a signed project contract. Those services have their own liability, warranty, and insurance provisions in the project contract.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Local Pros, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
Any content you submit through the website
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in this section changes any dispute resolution provision (arbitration, mediation, venue) that appears in a signed project contract for construction work.
14. Dispute Resolution

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will show the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Severability
